Gossip and the Gospel in Ukraine

I received a note from a Ukrainian friend on Facebook saying “I know a secret about you.” After some consideration, I felt I should write an article on the subject of gossip with regard to what I've experienced here in Ukraine. I've added more since I first wrote the article regarding some more autobiographical issues that seemed somewhat useful. I believe God can use all things for good, even the subject of gossip.

Job's Awakening: An Example for the Church

In case you haven’t noticed, society is in kind of a bad way these days. Amnesty International’s Irene Khan stated in their 2009 report that there "are growing signs of political unrest and violence, adding to the global insecurity that already exists because of deadly conflicts which the international community seems unable or unwilling to resolve.”

Politicians are saying "The crisis is over" but there are no new jobs and official unemployment is at a 70 year high in some places, like California. The rise in the stock markets seems to be largely based on emotion.

Declassified: The Truth Will Make You Free

Having signed a petition, thus joining the Truth Movement, I have lost subscribers to my blog, as others have, and have been called all kinds of insults regarding 9/11, but there is one private message I felt the need to respond to publicly:

"It is an insult to all of those who have served to insinuate that the military would carry out an attack on its own people. It is disgusting."

Check the facts, check history my friend, only not from classroom textbooks, rather from actual declassified documents. The decisions to make false flag operations and to manipulate intelligence data are not made by common soldiers but by those at the height of the chain of command.

Check Operation Northwoods, declassified 1997-98. The plan was to kill US citizens as a pretext for war with Cuba: "Operation Northwoods was drafted by the Joint Chiefs of Staff and signed by then-Chairman Lyman Lemnitzer, and sent to the Secretary of Defense."
