Hillary Clinton's Violation of Election Fraud Law Carries Possible 10 Year Prison Sentence

According to their own testimonies, it seems that Both Donna Brazile and Elizabeth Warren helped to deceive all of the Democrat Party into thinking that Hillary Clinton was a good candidate, while both of them have recently confessed that they knew Clinton had personally controlled the primaries and rigged the vote against Bernie Sanders, resulting in his loss to Clinton. Brazile and Warren did not blow the whistle when they knew of a crime. Rather, they supported the charade.
This could give a whole new meaning to the "I'M WITH HER" campaign slogan. This implies their possible complicity in election fraud. And their recent confessions imply that they want to try to distance themselves from serious crimes and place all of the blame on Hillary Clinton.

While the political activism and momentum against President Trump is focused on alleged "Russian collusion" in the presidential election, the very same arguments of election fraud used against Trump probably carry more weight against Hillary Clinton. The evidence of collusion against Trump, by comparison, is actually very weak. It's truly appalling to see the lack of investigative journalism and objective coverage of these subjects by the mainstream news. Hillary Clinton broke a number of serious laws related to her use of classified emails and personal servers that others have been prosecuted for. The list of Clinton crimes is legion. Laws are laws, and we can view the opinions of legal experts on these subjects to help answer the questions: What are the specific election laws that Hillary Clinton might have violated? What is the possible prison term for Hillary Clinton for election fraud?

The following analysis by Lorraine C. Minnite sheds some light on election fraud:

"Federal election law can be divided into two categories: anti-intimidation laws and anti-trafficking laws. Anti-intimidation laws make it a felony to conspire to “injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any inhabitant of any State, Territory, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States or because of his having exercised the same.”26 They also provide for criminal punishment of anyone who deprives another of federally secured rights to vote."

A Vanity Fair article highlights that Donna Brazile in her new book
Hacks alleges she has "proof" that Clinton rigged the primaries based on an agreement: “Joint Fund-Raising Agreement between the D.N.C., the Hillary Victory Fund, and Hillary for America” that effectively allowed Clinton to control the D.N.C.’s purse strings."

Despite her previous Twitter comments stating otherwise, on Thursday Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) told CNN host Jake Tapper that she believes that the 2016 Democratic presidential primary was rigged. And she suggested that Clinton should be held accountable for her crimes:

"SEN. ELIZABETH WARREN (D-MA): This is a real problem, but what we've got to do as Democrats now, is we've got to hold this party accountable. When Tom Perez was first elected chair of the DNC, the very first conversation I had with him is to say, you have got to put together a Democratic party in which everybody can have confidence that the party is working for Democrats, rather than Democrats are working for the party. And he's being tested now. This is a test for Tom Perez. And either he's going to succeed by bringing Bernie Sanders and Bernie Sanders' representatives into this process and they're going to say it's fair, it works, we all believe it, or he's going to fail. And I very much hope he succeeds. I hope for Democrats everywhere, I hope for Bernie and for all of Bernie's supporters he's going to succeed.

Interview of Elizabeth Warren by Jake Tapper

TAPPER: Senator, do you believe with the notion that it was rigged?

WARREN: Yes."

According to the analysis by Minnite, it seems that a "conspiracy against rights" may have been committed by Clinton and co-conspirators based on an intent to oppress the rights of U.S. citizens and prevent them from freely voting in a fair election process, with a possible fine and prison sentence of up to 10 years.

With regard to the subject of election fraud liability and collusion, legal expert and former federal prosecutor Randall Eliason stated:

"Collusion is not a crime, but basically the criminal equivalent is a conspiracy...You could have a conspiracy to defraud the U.S. by interfering with our election."

It would be safe to say that "vote rigging" in a federal election, or suppressing a fair vote, could be qualified as "interfering." And so according to Eliason's reasoning, there could be a case against Clinton, Warren and Brazile, and all others that conspired together to steal the fair election process away from Bernie Sanders. It seems that with these confessions from both Brazile and Warren are an attempt to try to "come clean" and distance themselves from Clinton as the prime mover of corruption before any legal action begins. However, there are many involved.

It's documented that housands of emails from the DNC were released with the hashtag #DNCLeaks that revealed such topics as this one cited on Twitter by
@thecangrejo666: "Luis Miranda is comm director of DNC. Wants to spread Bernie bashing article around, without being traced."

U.S. Code › Title 18 › Part I › Chapter 13 › § 241

"If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or

If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured—

They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death."

That's the key Code § 241 quote right there: "They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both"

Other laws related to collusion and criminal liability

With all of the focus on Trump's alleged collusion with Russia, the very same arguments could be used against Hillary Clinton, who as it turned out paid Russia for the euphemism of "opposition research" on Donald Trump. If Hillary Clinton paid for “dirty laundry” on Donald Trump from the Russians then she might be in violation of a law which prohibits foreign nationals from contributing any “thing of value” to an electoral campaign. One or more parties might also be guilty of libel if they never qualified the information she paid for and simply presented lies to the MSM news for publication with their "Trump Dossier" intel.

Greg Jarrett offers three other possible aspects of criminal liability for Clinton. First, because federal law sets strict limits on campaign contributions, Clinton's financial records should be subpoenaed to determine whether these laws were broken. Second, hiding campaign money through false or misleading campaign reports is in egregious cases a criminal offense. Third, funneling campaign funds from one source to another could be considered money laundering.

Evidence of Election Fraud and Voter Fraud

Though convictions for election fraud and voter fraud are rare, undercover videos show that it is very easy to commit voter fraud in the U.S. Project Veritas claims are based on video recordings: "Our investigation into New Hampshire uncovered election workers offering the ballots of deceased New Hampshirans to Project Veritas journalists at poll after poll." And in Vermont: "Sadly, we quickly discovered it was all too easy to obtain ballots (belonging to both living and dead individuals) without photo ID at poll after poll."

While many on the left try to discredit Project Veritas and James O'Keefe, they are doing the kind of investigative journalism that MSM news should be doing. And video evidence is probably the best possible evidence one could hope to offer.
O'Keefe has helped to produce many videos that show high-level Democrat Party election fraud. This includes operatives boasting of bussing illegal voters for election fraud and paid-for violence at Republican campaign events. If the videos are not valid evidence, then why would the top Democrat operatives in the videos resign after being exposed?

Precedent Cases of Election Fraud Convictions

According to precedent cases, the fraud need not be successful to be illegal:

"Section 241 does not require that the conspiracy be successful, United States v. Bradberry, 517 F.2d 498 (7th Cir. 1975), nor need there be proof of an overt act. Williams v. United States, 179 F.2d 644, 649 (5th Cir. 1950), aff’d on other grounds, 341 U.S. 70 (1951); Morado, 454 F.2d 167. Section 241 reaches conduct affecting the integrity of the federal election process as a whole, and does not 39 require fraudulent action with respect to any particular voter. United States v. Nathan, 238 F.2d 401 (7th Cir. 1956)."

While evidence of election fraud is abundant and convictions are rare, they do occur. The New York Times highlighted a recent case wherein a woman in Texas received eight years in prison and deportation for voting illegally based on two felony charges. The state had been prepared to dismiss all charges against Ms. Ortega if she agreed to testify on voting procedures before the Texas Legislature. But the county criminal district attorney, Sharen Wilson, vetoed that offer. And so she was convicted of crimes far less egregious than those Hillary Clinton has apparently committed.

Pending lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and DNC

Any Bernie Sanders supporter could take these confessions by Brazile and Warren and begin a lawsuit against Hillary Clinton. Before these admissions were published, a different type of lawsuit against Clinton was filed. There is a pending election lawsuit against Hillary Clinton with a focus also on the mysterious death of Seth Rich. Gary Frazier, a Bernie Sanders campaign organizer (Black Men for Bernie) and long-time Democrat, filed a lawsuit accusing the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Hillary Clinton of fraud and seeking access to their servers – "a move that his lawyer believes will solve the murder of DNC staff member Seth Rich."

A federal investigation into Hillary Clinton's election fraud would allow for the recorded testimony of witnesses, the subpoena of financial records, increased evidence related to the uncanny Seth Rich death, and clarity on whether Clinton was aware of the illegal election actions exposed by the
Project Veritas O'Keefe videos. It would also allow for Elizabeth Warren to follow through with her claim that, "we've got to hold this party accountable." There is a host of other legal issues with Clinton, not in the least is the Uranium One Russian bribery-related activity.

Unfortunately,
Attorney General Jeff Sessions has remained noticeably silent and out of the picture. And and he has recused himself from this issue. He should probably step down from his position or be fired. And there is a 70% disapproval rating of the FBI, that seems to be a part of the "swamp" of establishment deep state corruption. An analysis of Clinton's Emailgate highlights that a grand jury trial should have occurred regarding that case and never was.

If there is no tangible accountability for politicians, then trust in government is weakened, to say the least.

Morgan Freeman explained how important justice is for Clinton's crimes and for all of us: “Hillary should be in jail for her unlawful deeds and President Trump should absolutely, absolutely make sure this happens to send the very strong message that no-one, and I mean no-one, is above the law in the United States of America,”

Despite these astounding confessions by Brazile and Warren, "Morning Joe" and the host of other MSM "news" outlets continue to focus on what can only be called a nothing burger of Trump colluding with Russia to sway the presidential election. In particular, the MSM media blackout of ABC, NBC and CBS ignored this incredible news and focused only on Robert Mueller.

Despite the partisan media blackout, I'm sure that these witness testimonies are of great interest to Hillary Clinton. And they might want to consider hiring personal bodyguards, considering the high incidence of death that corresponds with relevant witnesses to Clinton scandals.

About all that we can do is to help share the important truth about this type of criminal behavior, hope that the FBI and Justice Department do their jobs, and to pray for justice and a continued free society.
